This rugged composite lens solution combines proven optical control with exceptional impact resistance—helping OEMs design luminaires that withstand demanding applications with reliable performance built-in.

Each assembly integrates a K-12 diamond prismatic acrylic lens with a smooth, clear polycarbonate shield, delivering both light transmission and protection. A specially engineered extruded acrylic channel seals the perimeter, sonically welded to create a single, unitized lens assembly. The result: a vandal- and impact-resistant solution that safeguards fixtures while ensuring long service life.
