Utilizing Dani-Lite™ acrylic material, a 30% gain in light transmission can be achieved in comparison to standard white acrylic diffusers. In addition, the Dani-Lite™ material has inherent hiding power properties, to allow for a reduced visual signature for the fixture componentry as compared to standard clear acrylic.
The End Cap Bath Bar series of diffuser assemblies allow the lighting designer and manufacturer to produce a cost effective, yet elegantly styled luminaire. The diffuser assembly consists of a solid white, clear fluted, or white fluted profile mated to a choice of endcap sizes and colors. By utilizing our spring clips with a standard 1-lite strip fixture, a low cost luminaire with a high perceived value can be achieved.
RLR Industries, Inc. is proud to introduce a revolutionary product for fluorescent luminaires: the End Cap Puff Diffuser. This new product allows the lighting designer and OEM to provide a highly styled, yet cost effective alternative to traditional surface mount fluorescent luminaires. The assemblies will mate with standard 2 foot and 4 foot wrap fixtures which are used for Puff diffusers. A variety of sizes are available. The diffuser assembly consists of compound curved end caps mated to a contemporary styled, low profile white acrylic lens. The end caps are available in a diverse range of colors from Translucent White to a choice of Faux Marble and Granite Grains. RLR can develop a custom color, extrusion, or end cap upon request for the OEM. Custom diffuser lengths and a Sandblast finish on the end caps are available, please contact the factory for details.
RLR Industries, Inc. stocks a variety of white matte drop dish type diffusers, for custom flange fabrication per your specifications. Typical applications include decorative wood frame drops, T-bar ceiling drops, and surface mounted fixture drops. We also have the capability of producing drop dishes in prismatic acrylic on a custom order basis. A large amount of tooled sizes and depths are also available for production, please consult the Drop Dish brochure for details. RLR DANI-LED Acrylic Sheet is a range of specially formulated acrylic flat sheets which can be used in commercial and architectural LED luminaires, at a lower cost basis than RLR FR Frosted Sheet. The sheet can be used in lay-in applications, or can be fabricated easily into any 2 dimensional shape or pattern. Several thickness, light transmission, and led pixel obscuration levels are available for various luminaire applications. RLR DANI-LED sheet is produced with a smooth surface finish on both sides of the sheet. Various Grades of RLR DANI-LED sheet are available from stock in sheets 25″ x 50″. Other sheet sizes can be run upon request. RLR Industries, Inc. has the in house capability of CNC or laser cutting DANI-LED sheet to any two-dimensional flat pattern, with holes, slots, elongated cutouts, decorative effects or multi-radius curvatures per your specifications. Typical applications for this diffuser would include multifamily dwellings, hospitality, or higher end residential installations.
